Hi everyone!

I’m a 2012 alum who is living in an apartment a block each from Tunnel City Coffee and the art building. I’m a teacher so I get the whole summer off and I plan to go home to NY for the summer. So I am looking for someone to live in my home during that time so this nice place doesn’t go to waste!

The apartment has a huge parking lot, a big backyard, a front porch with a table where you can have breakfast and other meals, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, walk-in pantry, oven, and dishwasher, a laundry room, a sun room, a living room with huge windows (5) and a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and of course a bathroom. Fully furnished with comfortable and adorable furniture.
