Starting with this category, you can expect to spend at least a couple hours in the saddle. The rides will often contain multiple challenging climbs. Remember to bring some calories (and plenty of water!) for the longer rides.
Beautiful ride. All of Bennington in one ride! Features Barber’s Pond, which is a team favorite road and the famous Battle Monument. Bennington is worth exploring– plenty of beautiful side roads and cool shops. This route is part of Bike New England’s Fall Foliage Tour.
This is it. If you ride for Williams, this route is mandatory. You can either take the long winding route up from Lanesborough, or the sharp assault from North Adams. Pick your poison– neither climb is easy (though the Lanesborough side is a little more forgiving). Not the longest ride, but you’ll need to bring your A-game for this one.
