Our southern belle and eldest member at 34 years old, Jessica Hubbard, leads a double life. You see her out and about, getting coffee, writing a manifesto in Schow, or having stimulating discussions about Lacan and Proust. But in the private of her own room, she discards her trashy peasant sweats and changes into a floor-length ball gown. When her roommate comes home to find her in bed with the vapors (and a glass of fine wine), Princess Jess explains that she has watched "Pride and Prejudice" for the fifth night in a row. She then enumerates the many benefits of owning a fan and expounds on her displeasure with technology and change in general. She really has been a slave to her roommate's education. She ends the night with readings chosen from People and Cosmopolitan and dreams of egg salad sandwiches.
