What are Baxter Fellows:
Baxter Fellows will be appointed for their interest and expertise in a specific niche of Williams campus life--they will be leaders within the student residences while collaborating with the Neighborhood Governance Boards to foster a larger sense of community within the Neighborhood. This is accomplished through local house responsibilities, such as snacks and maintaining house communication, as well as through collaborating with one another on neighborhood-wide activities that address several community-development areas.
