This is going to be a great year for Spencer Neighborhood! We are throwing dozens of social events ranging from big weekends like Homecoming, Winter Carnival, and Spring Fling to Spencer Formals, weekend parties, game nights, outdoor carnivals, off-campus trips, and faculty-student events. What is more, Spencer will offer a variety of diversity and community service initiatives.
Many neighborhood events will be funded by the administration, but this funding does not cover everything. The proceeds from your package help us to finance these events.
With the Social Package, you automatically become a Spencer Social Member and receive the following benefits, reserved only for package holders:
- FREE Spencer T-shirt
--- admittance to the special pre-receptions and/or a specifically designated VIP section with upscale beverages and food at Spencer social events
- Exclusive access to Spencer-sponsored events. As a Spencer Social Member, you will bypass entry lines at our popular and highly attended parties or alternative events.
- Entrance to Spencer-only events, such as our Gala Formals.
- Advance tickets to special programs and concerts. Spencer Social Members will have the opportunity to purchase tickets before the rest of campus. Additionally, Social Members will receive backstage passes when we bring performers to Williams.
- Partially or completely subsidized participation in off-campus trips and events planned by Spencer. This includes everything from bowling, movie nights, and paintball to trips to Montreal.
Remember: these benefits are ONLY for Spencer Social Members. If you are in Spencer Neighborhood and do not purchase a Social Package, you will NOT receive the aforementioned bonuses.
If purchased by September 28th, Spencer Social Packages cost $25. Any Social packages bought after that date will cost $40. The Social Package covers you for the entire year.

Send an e-mail to Lindsay, 10lea@williams.edu, with your shirt size an SU Box, then send $25 to SU Box 2609. Checks are payable to Spencer Cluster. You MUST submit your payments by Friday, September 14th, at 12:00 noon.
Financial Aid Student?
If you are a high-need financial aid student who cannot afford a social package but would love to participate in the Spencer Neighborhood Events in 07/08, we have a solution for you. Please e-mail 10lea@williams.edu and explain your situation. All communication will be 100% confidential. Spencer Neighborhood values each member, and we will do all possible to ensure that everyone enjoys the upcoming year!
