WFL:

Florida Blazers (actually, they were originally the Washington-Baltimore and Virginia Ambassadors);
Jacksonville Sharks (did not last the season);

Philadelphia Bell;
Memphis Southmen (actually, THEY were originally the Toronto Northmen);
Birmingham Americans;
Chicago Fire;
Detroit Wheels (did not last the season);
Southern California Sun;
Honolulu Hawaiians;
Portland Storm;

Shreveport Steamer.

(NOTE: The Boston Bulls was an original franchise/nickname dropped even before the first season opened; count it if you like. The Houston Texans and the Shreveport Steamer were actually one and the same franchise, becoming the Steamer in mid-season. The 13th WFL franchise was the New York Stars, who quickly changed into the Charlotte Stars.)
