    Bela Lugosi and the producer's orthodontist.... Lugosi died after filming about 4 minutes, and Wood replaced him with a blonde man about 8 inches taller than Bela, who kept his cape in front of his own face so no one would notice. It didn't work.

    She squeezes his testicles until he blacks out.

    The doctor directs the space-wanderer hero into removing his own cancerous organ, in order to throw it into the maw of the deadly beast and thereby kill it.

  4. Why is Damien's mother in the hospital, and how does she leave?
    Damien pushes her off the 2nd floor in a "tricycle accident"; she's then thrown out the window by Damien's devilish nanny.

  5. How does the headless but reanimated doctor disguise himself (and his head) in order to sneak unobtrusively into the morgue? (From "Reanimator," of course.)
    He puts his real head into a medical bag, places an anatomical head model on his nek (with surgical mask for realism), and bumps his way along the corridor.

SECTION FOUR: DECAPITATION

      The zombie is decapitated by a helicopter. (The zombie whose head is blasted into pieces by a shotgun is not acceptable.)

    2. "The Omen"
      The photographer's head is sliced off by a pane of glass.

      Kurtz casually tosses Chef's head into Martin Sheen's lap.

    4. "Alien"
      The alien's head is knocked off by Parker, one of the crew members.

      A head floats by and scares Hooper (Richard Dreyfuss) while he's scuba-diving in the wreck.
