The Ultra Bonus

This was not an Ultra Bonus in the slow-drip form used today. Rule Six asked a series of six questions during the night from six different realms which were considered ludicrously hard. There were no hints. Questions 1 and 2 were asked in the second hour, Questions 3 and 4 in the fourth hour, and Questions 5 and 6 were asked in the sixth hour. Each team was allowed one official guess per question. All six answers were due in writing by 8 AM.

Each was worth 2 points. However, no team was able to claim more than 2 of the 12 available points.

Incidentally, "you get an extra chunk of time to answer individual no-hints stumper questions" was the precise format used for the very first Hour Bonuses, 15 years previous.

#1:
From "Gilligan's Island," who was shot by a spear gun?
A: Randolph Blake.
(I'll Take Dead Emcees for 200, Jack got this one.)

#2:
What is the official name of the Williams College mascot?
A: Ephilia.
(Hemorrhoidal Betsies and Chicago 60609 both got this one.)

#3:
Who was the first mutant encountered by Professor Charles Xavier?
A: Storm. Well before Cyclops or Magneto or the others, back when she was an orphan working as a thief in Cairo, she pickpocketed Xavier.
(No team got this one.)

#4:
Tom Seaver threw five one-hitters as a New york met. Name the five guys responsible for spoiling each. (That is, the batters whose hits cost Seaver a no-hitter.)
A: Jimmy Qualls, Leron Lee, Mike Compton, Vic Davalillo, and Steve Ontiveros.
(The Usual Suspects got the first three names, and thereby scored one mercy point.)

#5:
What is the significance of .247355?
A: From the world of P.D.Q. Bach, it's Bobby Corno's solo average as the first chair horn for the New York Mills Philharmonic. Because he's good at piano concertos, though, he won't be traded to another orchestra.
(Needless to say, no team got this one.)

#6:
In the course of this contest, we played a certain instrumental that, when given lyrics and a different title, became a minor hit (it made the Hot 100, but not Top 40) for a female vocalist on the same label. Give the songs, the artists, and to show that this IS an Ultra Bonus, name the label.
A: The exact music from "Soulful Strut" by Young-Holt Unlimited (a #3 hit) became "Am I the Same Girl" by Barbara Acklin (#79). Both were on Brunswick Records.
(No team got this one.)
