Notes from Dave Letzler

People did quite well on Hour 7; I was worried this might be too specialized. An unfortunately high number of people confused Larry Willmore and Wyatt Cenac, confused North and South Carolina, and lots of people (Googling, I assume) picked songs from the Colbert special that were not at all sultry ballads in the way that John Legend's 'Nutmeg' is. I was happy that many people wrote 'Maniloooooooooooooooooooooooooow!' for 41, and the variety of ways people expressed the title to 'Skate Expectations...' and the nature of Formula 401. I think that only one question (excepting the extra credit) blanked everyone: the Third Duchess of Kent in America the Book. (Of course, no one quite got S't'ephen Kh'olbe'r't, either, but we took Romulan Stephen Colbert, as well.)
