The JRC maintains a kosher kitchen with meat and dairy sides. We have separate kitchen appliances and utensils for milk and meat, as well as full place settings for 300 people. Students regularly prepare Shabbat dinner for 60 and Dining Services cooks kosher holiday meals for up to 300 in the kitchen. |
| Shabbat dinnner, free of cost for all, consists of vegetable, entrée and dessert. We alternate between meat and dairy meals and always offer a vegetarian options for our purple cow-loving friends. |

If you are interested in helping cook Shabbat dinner on Thursday evenings or Friday afternoons, contact the kitchen coordinator. If you have a recipe you'd like to submit or want to plan a dinner, that would be terrific. |
| If you keep strictly kosher, contact Cantor Bob to explore the possibility of getting daily access to the JRC kitchen. You can also use your meal plan to eat in the Kosher Korner at Greylock Dining Hall. |
