As part of the CEF position, I am putting together a yearlong capstone project that relates to the work of the DC. For my project, I am looking to interview students on their experiences of safety at Williams in order to collect information on how Williams students' identities affect how they think of and experience safety. Currently, I am planning my project and working on what exactly these interviews will look like.
