[WCFMRadio] First WCFM DJ Feature of the Week for 2019-2020! – "And that's the thesis" hosted by Daniel Rials and Isabelle Wood on Wednesdays at 5 pm

like – both music and content, like gymnastics.”

Daniel Rials ’22 and Isabelle Wood ’22 are undoubtedly two of the most
dedicated Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift stans on campus. Their Wednesday
evening radio show from 5 to 6 pm “And that’s the thesis” is a clear
reminder of their loyalty. I had the pleasure of sitting in on their show
last week for a few minutes. They of course discussed their respective love
for Norman Fucking Rockwell! and Lover.

Over the show’s course, Wood introduced Rials to Maggie Rogers, Rials
admitted he’d never been to WCMA then later remembered his past visit, the
two played Loose, a Daniel Caesar track suggested by our very own board
member Carolyn Kim ’22, and, most importantly, Rials delivered a holistic,
well-researched update on the U.S. Women’s Gymnastics team. In fact, this
gymnastics portion may become a staple of “And that’s the thesis,” as Rials
becomes deeply invested in the World Championships.

Tune in to WCFM 91.9 every Wednesday from 5 to 6 pm if you want to hear a
pair of Lana stans and Swifties discuss Simone Biles’ most recent floor
routine or to just hear a couple friends catching up on their week and
latest music finds.
