[Wiki] FU on willipedia

Elisa, I am really sorry but we've been unable to fix login problems  
for a long time.  Alum login have been defunct since the alumni  
office changed their validation system and chronically neglected to  
give us the information it would take to update ours to match.  We  
were only recently made aware that our system fails with some student  
passwords; this is a relatively new problem as far as we know.

I am ccing the only person who can help you.  Either he or a member  
of WSO would need to try to amend the validation system and see  
what's been changed to make '11s locked out.  We are very sorry for  
this problem.  Thank you for trying to use the wiki.
