[WSO] Onboarding Pt2!

Hey everyone,

It was great seeing you all at the onboarding session last weekend! Getting
your dev environment properly setup is a crucial step for every programmer,
so props to everyone for reaching this milestone!

We'll be continuing our onboarding this *Sunday* from *2-4pm* in *NSB 113*.
This time, we'll be walking through some starter projects for frontend and
backend engineering (feel free to pick the one that most interests you) and
the overall developer workflow. By the end, you should have all the
knowledge you need to start contributing to the WSO codebase for real for
real.
