Prospect Abs

A nightly tradition. Come up to the quad-facing fourth floor common room of Prospect at (mostly) 11:00pm weeknights and be a man (either a man-man or a man-woman). A full circuit takes just over fifteen women, and will make you a better person. Mission Abs does not stand a chance. All in all, Prospect Abs are a startling tribute to how not to improve your abdominals, unlike the dazzling tour de force that is Frosh Quad abs.
