This document attempts to organize and link all available sources of information on WSO services. Please read the appropriate documents before requesting help.

1. Check the WSO home page and Dispatches from the Cage, the WSO technical blog, for announcements about the status of WSO services and systems.
2. If you are trying to work with one of WSO‘s web services, read any directions or help linked from the service.
3. Check the services documentation.
4. Look in Willipedia for how-to’s and documentation on WSO services or computers in general.
5. If none of these resources has answered your question, send us an email at one of the addresses below.

General inquiries may be addressed to wso@wso. Be warned that this address receives a great deal of spam, so we check it less often. If possible, address your question to a specific person as follows (all email addresses are at wso.williams.edu).
