
Ultimately, this page aspires to nothingness. Over time, as the purpose for its existence has come increasingly into question, its level of adornment has tended to zero.
I'm a graduate of the '99 class of Williams College, and am currently a graduate student at the University of Michigan. I studied math and astrophysics at Williams, and am getting a Ph.D. from the math department at Michigan. I'm writing a thesis at Michigan under the direction of Igor Kriz, and my field of specialty is algebraic topology, particularly homotopy theory. I'm also interested in mathematical physics.
