The hole on the stern deck is the stern deck cap (also duh)
From the stern, looking fore... oh wait, no one says fore.
The small hole aft of the stern cap is for the rudder (everyone says aft, though)
At this point, the riggers and the interior are also painted black/gray and black, respectively.
