Starting off with the family: My mom refuses to let herself be photographed so no pictures here. At left, this is my dad with two young friends. He's a juggling, magic-trick-demonstrating pediatrician. Below, my brother and I row through a dangerous elk-infested lake. Steven is now a freshman at Brown. He spends all his time working out.

I've been friends with Emma since fourth grade. She is now at Caltech, trying to disprove the law of gravity. Currently, penguins figure quite prominently in her groundbreaking research.       Deborah is unlucky enough to have known me since kindergarten. She is now at Stanford under the alias, Deb, and still chuckling over her daring escape from LA.

Davina climbs out of picture frames about as frequently as she drinks champagne, but this was her twenty-first birthday party, and she was feeling adventurous. The smiling faces of Janet and Sunshine make for very stylish nails.   Rob, Christine, Lisa, Mindy and Adrianna relax on a couch in the jungle. Lisa is also an aspiring veterinarian; as you can see, she has quite a way with animals.

I like photographing flowers, but some people complain that plant photos just aren't that interesting. That's easily remedied. Here is Yuli reaching out to the plant world, while Kat, Holly and Dave give a little personality to those faceless flowers.
