Tristan has had an interesting series of physical bodies. His
original form was about six feet tall, with black hair, blue eyes,
slim but not guant. Then he discovered his Combat form, which is
similar to the alien from Alien, albeit with a more triangular head
and a lighter carapace. After that, upon walking the Logrus, his base
form was changed to become a fusion of his old form and Jalente'qar
Hendrake's, which means that, at this point, he has dark brown hair
with red highlights, a more sturdy, muscular frame (although he's
still fairly slim), high cheekbones, a pointed chin, and other
typically 'elfin' facial features.
Tristan thought that he was just an ordinary Shadow kid for the first
17 years of his life, until a maniac (now suspected to be Tainted by
the corrupt Logrus energy) attempted to kill him. By an as of yet
unknown means, but possibly due to Tristan's latent Shadow abilities
or by means of the 'black road' like effects of the Taint, he ended up
in the Shadow of the Chwong. Fortunately, he also discovered that he
was a Shapeshifter, and came up with gills.
Tristan was eventually rescued from Chwongland by Geryon and the Dude,
only to discover that he was 8th in line for the Throne of Chaos, and
a Marné noble. Then he walked the Logrus at the same time as
Jala Hendrake, with effects noted above.
Tristan still feels a bit out of place in the Courts, and is
struggling to find his place and equilibrium before someone decides to
assassinate him in earnest. At 17, he's the youngest of the player
characters, and perhaps the most youthful/adolescent minded of them as
well.
