UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS
* An ability to use humor to point out possible flaws or contradictions in almost any position or theory. As Editor for the Mad Cow (Williams' humor magazine) and as a columnist for the Providence Journal and the Williams Record, have analyzed various situations and made light of the logical problems that arise.

* The ability to make anything rhyme. Have given extemporaneous rhyming floor speeches at public debates in response to speakers including Pat Buchanan and Michael Dukakis on such varied issues as gun control and trade with China.

* A firm commitment to deadlines. Wrote a weekly column for three years in the Providence Journal, always turned it in early. Regardless of the pressures and responsibilities of college life, maintained a tight schedule.
