Well, I define literature rather broadly....
A few of my favorite (literary, dramatic, or just plain entertaining) things:

Some poetry I wrote before I forgot how to write. I think it's pretty cool, but you can't go by me.
The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan is an incredibly complex and entertaining narrative, now spanning seven books. Robert Jordan's fans have turned anticipation into a science; visit the Waygate to see what we are doing while waiting for the next book to come out....
