Fall 2017 term pre-registration starts on April 24 and accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to a registration hold that will prevent pre-registration and participation in the upcoming housing lottery/room draw starting April 21. Seniors should pay their balances now to avoid any issues with receiving diplomas and transcripts.

Go to Select the Billing & Payments tab at the top of the page, and then select "Access Student Account Center" on the menu on the right side of the page. Your current balance is available on the Summary tab and your April billing statement is the one at the top of the list under the Statements tab.

To take a student loan or maximize your current loan(s) to pay your balance, please visit the Financial Aid office or contact them at or 413-597-4181 to discuss your loan options right away. Information on Federal Parent PLUS loans can be found at
