Hour 7, Brain Surgery and Rocket Science--put together by our neuroscientist Brian Hirshman and our astrophysicist Joe Gangestad--was, ironically, less challenging, though the scores were buoyed by the 15 50/50 questions at the start. Several people were able to recognize a few rockets, though and most of you could tell a human brain (and Pinky & the Brain) when you saw them. The final pop culture section was well-converted by most terms, and the rocketry questions seemed more gettable, though many teams had trouble distinguishing their perigee from perihelion and the like.
