LETTERS

"One Upon A Time There Was A Story That Began" This is the (in)complete text of the first short story in John Barth's collection Lost In The Funhouse. What makes it somewhat unusual is that it is written on the surface of a moebius strip, thus making the story infinitely long.

The hidden hint is that there is one exception to the rule that each author's last name begins with the letter s/he is associated with: that is the excerpt from Barth's own novel _The Sot-Weed Factor_.
