    Capt. Spalding, a folk singer with a guitar. ("Ohhh, Tokyo, etc.")

    A paymaster.

  4. Ed Begley, Jr.
    A professional chef, assigned as an infantryman. Clumsy, he fell into a foxhole. M*A*S*H kept him around so he could cook.

    Nurse Mendenhall, Hawkeye's date in the episode he stops drinking.

    Soldier who took Frank hostage because he didn't want to be sent back to the front.

  7. Stuart Margolin
    Plastic surgeon Major Stanley "Stash" Robinson, in search of "the Barracuda."

    A psychiatrist whom Hawkeye fools into believing he's crazy, so he can have some time off.

    One of a group of white high school students who beat and paralyzed a promising black athlete.

  2. According to the credits of the movie "Tootsie," who played Dustin Hoffman's roommate?
    No screen credit was given. (Bill Murray played him, though.)

  3. Robert Walden played a small role in Woody Allen's "Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Sex (*But Were Afraid to Ask)." What was his role?
    A reluctant sperm.

  4. Author John Irving appeared in the movie version of "The World According to Garp." Where?
    He's the wrestling coach.
