[WSO] Winter Study course

Hi all,

TL;DR:
- We are hosting a Winter Study course (full-fledged class under CSCI 23)

guaranteed since we only have space for 9 students

Williams Students Online <http://wso.williams.edu/about> is hosting a
Winter Study course this January! Students will mostly work independently,
but will meet several times a week with each other and the board to learn
coding, discuss plans, and develop projects that will eventually go live on
WSO. Board members will be available to provide support via mini-lessons,
feedback on code, and guidance for project ideas. This is a full-time
Winter Study course for which you will receive Winter Study credit (under
CSCI 23). Please note that we only have space for 9 students and cannot
guarantee enrollment for all applicants.

Students can expect to learn:

   - Front and/or back-end coding skills in languages like JavaScript (with
   React) and Go
   - Best practices for web development
   - How to write better, cleaner, safer code
   - How to write code for a large codebase with other developers!
