Maybe the title should be something more general like "Students with some sort of web presence"? Although of course that particular title sounds dumb, but I can't think one of anything better at the moment. There are probably lots of people who have some sort of blog/journal etc. but no home page will sufficeper se. People who want to link to both here easily can Students' journals are their homepages when they don't have another homepage, right? If a change is made, I'd put forward "Students with personal webpages".
