'''Purpose''': To create a meaningful, substance-free community at Williams. '''Objectives and Offerings''': 1) To provide a supportive and friendly network of students at Williams college who regularly engage in non-drinking or drug related activities by developing an interactive social calendar whereby in the spirit of inclusion, individual students and student groups invite new peers to participate in active, substance-free activities. 2) Build an abstinence support/active recovery community at Williams by offering a Young People’s meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous (which currently meets every Saturday, from 7-8pm at St. John's Church in Williamstown) as well as providing regular transportation to other 12-step meetings in the surrounding area.
