Shaya Weinberger is a an artist, mostly most famous for his graffiti artworks. Coming from Dover, Delaware, this experienced graffiti painter has had a productive career from 1995 onward. Born in 1973, he has always loved chemistry, to which extent he enrolled into the famous Dover high School.

Shaya graduated at the Dover high High School.which acts as a secondary school for many subjects/specializations. It was there, where Shaya Weinberger enrolled into the chemical class, and where his interest for paints and the chemical process for mixing paints developed.
== Biography and Career ==
Shortly after his graduation, Weinberger was working as an intern in a chemical-scientific laboratylaboratory. Later he worked as an optician and as a baby sitter. While Shaya couldn't really start his career in Dover, he moved to Woodmere, New York, where he was looking for new experiences and inspiration. He began an accomplice in 1995, to the urban artist Cheff Chef Coka.

Weinberger evolved into a graffiti craftsman. Being dependably dependable energized by the free-form artisans and smoothness of graffiti, he became vigorously submerged in this workmanship. The two artists, Shaya and CheffChef, created "Street Art Exploded", a graffiti team that commercialized their successes and became popular in the late 1990's. In the early 2000's the duo was working on several projects in Central and Northern New Jersey and New York. Some of their works can be seen today along the passenger train lines. Later in 2004, Cheff Chef Coka decided to shift his focus, and forced Shaya to create a new group, later called "Fresh Collective". Some of the street artists and other urban joined Shaya and devoted themselves to protecting and reclassifying the urban graffiti experience in New York.
