Narrative style

I have changed the narrative style of thie article from first person to the standard third person (ie, "all our meetings are open and we hope to welcome you" changed to ". . . all its gatherings are open and welcoming to newcomers and visitors"). Besides this being in accord with the style of the rest of Willipedia, I think this is a very good idea to make contributions from all Willipedians seem welcome. The changes are widespread and admittedly cool the effusive tone of the page, so I flag them here for discussion by any interested.--Jonathan 23:55, 7 July 2006 (EDT)
