A common room, or "croom" for short, is a nice place to hang out. When dorms get renovated, they tend to get more common rooms, and nicer common rooms. Morgan and Mission are good examples of this phenomenon.

Things to do in common rooms
- Many common rooms have quote boards, especially those of entries.
- Some people play cribbage in common rooms.
