Linear algebra is a great class. Prof. Silva might be perceived as a dry person sometimes; but the material more than makes up for it. If you have any interest in science, this is the class for you.
Silva is actually often correctly incorrectly perceived as an incomprehensible person. He's very smartand entertaining, but he has no idea how to lecture, where I had him. If you want an interesting math class with a professor who speaks eloquent English that you'll actually be able to understand, take a tutorial with Prof. Burger.211T
