Nordic skiing, otherwise known as cross country skiing is a division one winter sport at Williams. The team is coached by Bud Fisher who has been coaching here for 33 years. Skiers practice on campus in the fall by roller skiing, running and weight lifting and ski at Prospect Mtn, Vt. in the winter. The team also gets to show off in the yearly Schnellstiegen race.

Williams skiing also consists of Alpine Skiing

The nordic team consists of the women's team and the Gentlemen's Nordic Ski Club

The ski team (alpine and nordic) in 2006 clinched their upmt-teenth IM soccer title against the team known as Pink Ladies.
