Parsons Garden

The Parsons Garden was founded by the Sustainable Growers group in Spring 2010. The garden is just to the west of Parsons House. There are 12 raised beds and 11 have removable hoop tunnel covers. Some of plants growing include: mustard greens, yukina savoy, purple asian greens, bak choi, collard greens, yellow chard, snap peas, shelling peas, radishes, beets.
