Seth Brown did small things in the service of humor while at Williams. Among them:
- Co-founding the Mad Cow.
- Writing a humor column for the Williams Record.
- Giving impromptu rhyming floor speeches at the Oxford Debates.
- Delivering a silly poem to the graduating class after being elected Class Poet.
- Forming a Classical Kazoo Quintet which performed at Driscoll.
