Articles can be read by anybody.
By default, all content added to an article on Willipedia, even if it is later edited out, is accessible to anyone in the world. No one needs a login to read Willipedia, only to edit it. Search engines crawl its pages and index its content. The great majority of pages on Willipedia are, thus, completely public.
