Happy holidays Griffins,

My name is Zac Harleston and I am a current senior at Williams. Below, I am
passing along a message from a former teammate of mine, Rock Stewart, who
is now working as a private equity analyst at Audax. He has informed me
that "Audax runs both a sophomore internship program and a forum
underrepresented minorities interested in PE – applications for both are
attached. I have also included descriptions for both below – to be clear
this is a paid internship with a lot of geographic possibilities. Please
let them know I am happy to chat about anything, my email is
rstewart at audaxgroup.com and phone number is 203-722-0009."

If interested, more information is below:

All,

Hope the holiday season is treating you well. My name is Rock Stewart, and
I am a 2020 Williams graduate. I work for a Private Equity company, Audax
Group (https://www.audaxgroup.com/), and we’ve kicked off formal
recruitment outreach to target schools for the Sophomore Portfolio Company
Summer Analyst position (yes, this is a paid internship). We also host a
forum for underrepresented minorities interested in Private Equity – a
description of the position and forum are below.

If you are interested in a career in Private Equity or are just curious,
please apply. To be clear, *the application is open to all majors and
experience levels*, we very much understand that having any finance
experience as a sophomore is rare (I had none at all prior to applying).

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thanks,

Rock
