Comic Book Cabals

In Marvel and DC through the years, several times groups of of super-beings have bonded together to fight jointly for a common cause. Some of these groups have remained together and have made lasting impressions on the hearts and minds of comic book enthusiasts evberywhere. Tonight, we have selected nine of the more dynamic and enduring of these groups. We want you to name the original members of each. We will read to you the name of the group, and the number of original members in each. Good luck.

4. The X-Men (4) -- Cyclops; Iceman; the Beast; Angel.

5. The Invaders (4) -- The original Human Torch; Toro; Captain America; Sub-Mariner (and arguably Bucky).

6. The Legion of Super-Heroes (3) -- Lightning Lad; Cosmic Boy; Saturn Girl.

7. The Fantastic Four -- Mr. Fantastic; The Thing; Invisible Girl; The Human Torch.

8. The Teen Titans (5) -- Robin; Wonder Girl; Speedy; Aqualad; Kid Flash.

9. The Champions (5) -- Hercules, Black Widow, Ghost Rider, Angel, Iceman.
