Its value has been estimated at more than five dollars, though of course the accumulated sentiment must boost the assessment to at least $5.50. First awarded by Chicago 60609 to Nasty Big Pointed Teeth, it has been lovingly caressed by over 25 teams since, which is more than can be said for many of Trivia's participants.
The trophy is like the Stanley Cup, only much more prestigious and historic. Like the hockey trinket, this awesome icon has passed from winner to winner, capping off each of the 8:30ish Baxter Hall ceremonies since 12/84. (In other words, the last 25 teams were too friggin' cheap to buy new ones!) Unlike the Stanley Cup, the only name "engraved" onto its side is that of Chicago 60609 itself.
