Chris: "Well, yeah, it sounded like it -- isn't it a bit soon since the last one?"
Craig: "Yeah, isn't there supposed to be a vacation in between these things?"
Chris: "There's supposed to be one -- maybe some sort of natural disaster happened, I don't know...."
Ted: "WAIT!"
Chorus of 'WHAT?"
Ted: "Didn't we win Trivia last time?"
Pause.
All: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!"
Dan: "Dammit, we were supposed to have a VACATION for this!'
Craig: "QUESTIONS! We need QUESTIONS! Where's Dom?"
Chris: "MUSIC! Joe! Where are you?"
Ted: "Phone lines! Geez, we need Kevin Conn now...."
Joe: "What? I'm here, I'm here! Do you know how hard it is to get from. Dartmouth to here? You think WILLIAMSTOWN is out in the sticks? And to top it all off, there was this freak snowstorm..."
Chris: "Joe! Never mind that! We're running the contest, and we need music!"
Joe: "Again? [sigh] All right, a bunch of '70s music coming up...."
Kirsten: "Dom! How are those questions coming?"
Dom: "Well, I have my laptop and I'm hooking in to my account in Chicago now -- give me a few minutes, the flood wreaked havoc with our phone lines. I'll have all the questions you need out of my database."
Chris: "You know, we COULD postpone this thing until, say, July..... no, no, WAIT, I didn't mean it!" (sound effects of person dying horribly, including long drawn-out scream)
Ted (sounding like Picard): "All right, we need some hour boni. Options?"
Dom: "How about "Dance of the Hours" from 'Fantasia'?"
Jon: "I suggest we do all "Star Trek-the Next Generation" hour boni."
Kirsten: "I know! Let's have Troi decide! Troi never decides anything!"
Dom: "Hey, if we run out.... of...... material...... we...... could..... always..... just...... speak......very....... slowly......"
Craig: "Oh, hi, Jon."
Ted (aside): "You know, it's pretty pathetic, alumni coming back years after they graduate to play this..."
Craig: "Yeah, soon he'll be like Ted Benson."
Craig: "Hey, someone called in a team name already."
Jon: "What is it?"
Craig: "Well, he's playing out of Sawyer, and he's calling himself 'Free the Bound Periodicals'."
Dom: "Wait a minute. Who's that coming in the door? Oh my God, it's Erol Onel! Keep him away from the board!"
Jon: "Hey, do we have any gorilla suits?"
Tom J: "No. Why?"
Jon: "Just asking."
Dom: "Damn! My laptop just went down!"
Kirsten: "What kind is it?"
Dom: "I don't know -- all it says is 'Made in Tonga'."
Ted: "The rules! Who's gonna read the rules? JON! You did it last time, do it again! And take the phone off the hook this time."
(Continue background hubbub as Jon starts reading rules.)
