[WSO] Team Assignments && Engineering Hours

Hi all,

*TL;DR*:

   - Team assignments have been sent out, *check for an email from me*. If
   you forgot to sign up, email me ASAP! *We'll be sending more emails to
   team-only chains and Groupmes in the coming days/weeks,and fewer to
   wso-general, so this is important!*
   - We have decided to postpone assigning team leads until after people
   start working, so everyone can assess their level of comfort and
   commitment. For now, board reports will just email the entire team asking
   for a progress check every week (remember: no progress, no problem. just
   communicate!).
   - Engineering hours are *1-3p* on *Sunday* in *Wach 113* (more info
   below)

*Team assignments:*
We tried our best to give everyone their top choices. Email us ASAP if you
want a team change--but we encourage you to give your project a chance!
We currently aren't assigning engineers to backend and frontend triage, as
it may be better for people to build experience working on projects before
working on more complicated fixes. That being said, if there are bugs
bugging you, and you know how to squash them, feel free to submit some PRs
and we'll look them over!

*Engineering hours:*
Engineering hours will be slightly reduced in duration/frequency for the
next 2 weeks because of midterms; we anticipate hosting for 2 hours on
Sunday 1-3p for now. Food TBD, but there will be food. There has to be food.
Later in the semester (e.g. in a few weeks), we will likely expand engi
hours to include a weekly Goodrich tab and slightly extend our weekend
afternoon grind session. If an entire team is also available + wants to
meet at a consistent time, they can set up their own private engineering
hours (for which we might be able to provide a small tab).
