[WSO] No engineering hours this weekend

Hi all,

*TL;DR:*
- No engineering hours this weekend! Best of luck studying for midterms.

We'll be resuming engineering hours on Sunday, 10/19. As such, we don't
expect projects to take off until that weekend, but it would be enormously
helpful to your respective teams if you could have your dev
environments fully set up by then. As always, email us with any questions,
concerns, comments, or ideas!
