'''Solution''': In the netware client properties (right click on big red N) click on the "Service Location" tab (second from front on left). In the Scope List field add these two addresses "137nds1.165williams.4.71edu" and "137.165nds2.4williams.72edu" (make sure you press add after typing it in the box. Do the same thing for the directory agent list. Done.
