The role and powers of the Dodd Governance Board are laid out in and constrained by the Dodd Neighborhood Constitution. The Constitution was written by the Dodd Governance Board during the 2007 – 2008 academic year. It was approved by a vote of Dodd Neighborhood in the Spring of 2008.
