In May of 2007, Katy passed the grave responsibilities of the Jessinian office on to [[Stephen Webster]] '10, though keeping some of the glory for herself. But she will pass on the mitre. Even if it's warm and nifty. It will indubitably be put to good use.
On May 13, 2023, Tasis Gemmill-Nexon was named Not-Pope in an attempt to revive the tradition. Lee Benzinger subsequently declared themself Anti-Pope and Cassie Aretsky declared herself Anti-Not-Pope. It is prophesied that if the Not-Pope and the Anti-Not-Pope ever touch, they will annihilate each other, generating two leptons.
