Changes

[[Green Up]]'s resident phantom. Emerging from her corner room only to cause trouble, one of her most noticable tricks has been the switching of the Hot and Cold in one of the bathrooms causing endless temperatural strife to the residents of [[Green Up]]. One also wonders whether or not she is behind the very questionable design decision of [[Green Up]]'s ceilings, which she apparently called "urban and rustic".
