Goodrich House is part of the Dodd Neighborhood. Houses 5 singles and 4 doubles.
Currently, it houses the campus' most festive living room. Despite two fireplaces, the house still remains freezing cold. There are drafts through all of the windows and outlets, though with the right amount of ingenuity and keeping doors closed, the house gets hot; record winter heat was 90F+.
