Bathroom shared with 109, great size and all for two people. The floor of the shower is sloped in a way that creates a huge puddle avoiding the central drain. Tyler Annex 110

130sqft single with a decent view of trees and the Tyler backyard. If you leave some food out, some very nice squirrels will come, occasionally hopping up onto the brick windowsill to stare in and thank you. No direct sunlight... the room gets rather cold in the winter, and the heating is weak.

Walls are white brick and have negative soundproofing. You will hear every single conversation, every pencil tap on a desk from room 109 in crystal clear high definition 8D Dolby Atmos THX Surround Sound. As long as you and your neighbor are aware of this and considerate, this is not an issue as it was not for myself.

Bathroom shared with 109, great size and all for two people. The floor of the shower is sloped in a way that creates a huge puddle avoiding the central drain. The bathroom drains actually flooded several rooms at one point, forcing us to move out for a week, but I didn't find any damage to the floors after the school came through and dried everything out. Again, no soundproofing. If you've recently gone on a taco bell spree you can always use the bathroom downstairs.

Window mesh recently repaired. The window had been left OPEN with NO SCREEN when I moved in in the fall, but the carpeting and furniture showed no issues over the year after I cleaned them.
