Adopt Evan Miller's framed Peoplesoft as a standard.
Find a way to make it easier to switch between duplex and non-duplex printing. [Aside: Making duplex a default setting only produces more waste; when people don't want it, they have to re-print the whole job...using 1.5x the paper!]
Make all printers require a login before printing, like the Jesup color printers, to prevent wastage.
Make all of campus wifi.
Buy a [red swingline] stapler.
